Belle D'Or Aesthetics ("Belle D'Or", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through suamicomedspa.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you fill out our consultation or contact form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and any message you choose to share (for example, your skin goals or a question).
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we may collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and how you interact with the site. This is used for security and to help prevent spam and abuse.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to your enquiry and contact you about a consultation or our services
- provide the information, offer, or booking you requested
- protect our website and forms against spam, bots, and abuse
- keep records of enquiries and improve our services
How form submissions are handled
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider. Before reaching our inbox, submissions pass through an automated filter that helps separate genuine enquiries from spam. This filter uses third-party artificial-intelligence services to assess whether a message is a real enquiry. It is used only to reduce spam and does not make any decision about your care or treatment.
We use Cloudflare to host the website and to protect our forms, including a human-verification check ("Turnstile"). This may involve processing limited technical data and setting a security cookie.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the site and respond to you, such as our website host and security provider and our email delivery provider, and only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies
The website uses a small number of cookies, mainly for security (such as the Cloudflare Turnstile check). We do not use the site for third-party advertising.
Data retention
We keep the information you submit only as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business and record-keeping purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided by contacting us at solutions@belledoraesthetics.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Children's privacy
The website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Information about your skin or health
Any details you share about your skin or aesthetic goals are provided voluntarily to help us respond to your enquiry. This website is intended for general information and enquiries and is not a secure place to share detailed medical history.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
